Caroline was amazing and so supportive during our journey of purchasing a home. After many failed attempts of buying a home with other realtors in the area, finding Caroline was the call we needed to finally secure a house. She worked hard and was very committed, even during the holidays she was working with us to find homes we would be interested in. Caroline was amazing from start to close. When I met her for the first time I knew that she was going to be the right person to help me find my new home. This was my first time purchasing a house and the SFBA market is intimidating at best. Caroline was an excellent coach in the ups and downs of looking for a home. Our previous agent was completely hands-off and took very little time, if any, to explain the buying process to us, being first-time home buyers. We had submitted an offer on a home (after being told to bid something unrealistic and outside of what we were comfortable with) and weren't even walked through the documents we were signing. Caroline helped us purchase our first home with an FHA loan. She is super knowledgeable, smart, gives you great advice on what to look for in a house.
